Vertical stainless steel float switch liquid level control is a simple structure, easy installation of level controller. It is not complicated circuit, will not be disturbed, as long as the material selection is correct, in any environment, liquid, pressure or temperature can be used.
 
Please follow the measured object temperature, pressure, gravity, acid and other characteristics.
1. Temperature: PVDF maximum temperature of 100 ℃, PP up to 80 ℃, SUS304/316 up to 125 ℃.
2. Adhesion: the ball should be used in a large proportion of small float to overcome the surface tension of the liquid.
3. The resistance: plastic material suitable for acid-base sites, if the temperature should be chosen considering PVDF.
4. Oil: Should the use of metal materials.
5. Specific gravity: float gravity SG must be less than the measured liquid or the float will not float up.
