The magnetic float level switches are applicable for point level switching (high or low) or for alarm (overfill, empty) in liquids. Float level switch are designed for control of water level in steam boilers and other vessels and storage tank A float with a mounted magnet slides in depending on the change of level. It is connected to feed pump, signal unit or fuel supply.

The vertical movement of the float magnet in the pressure tube simultaneously actuates the secondary and switch magnets within the switch mechanism, to operate the contacts.

A paddle flow meter (also known as a paddlewheel flow meter) uses a very simple method to determine the amount of fluid flow. This type of sensor has a paddlewheel that is placed directly in the fluid flow so that it can rotate freely as the fluid passes it. The faster the fluid flows past it, the faster the paddle wheel rotates.

The paddle wheel, spinning at a rate linearly proportional to the velocity of the flow, activates a switch once per revolution. The time it takes the paddle to rotate, divided into the diameter of the pipe, results in the flow rate. Flow rate variations from turbulence are minimized by a microprocessor averaging process. The user can choose to display the flow rate, the accumulated flow or alternate between the rate and totalized flow. To retain the totalize value, the reset button can be deactivated

The body of the flow switch is a standard pipe tee, PT threaded, which contains a paddle type vane. Flow pushes the vane against magnetic forces: when flow exceeds a critical value the magnet actuates a reed switch. By coarse adjustment of the reed switch position, the output is changed between N0 & NC contacts: fine adjustment changes the flow sensitivity and switch rate.

As flow occurs and the paddle is raised at an upward angle of 20 to 30 degrees (or more), the paddle will push the magnet upward to actuate the reed switch which then closes the circuit. The length of the paddle can be adjusted to the diameter of the pipe. 1" trim size can only be used with metal pipes.

DW-TS transmitter is a 2-wire in-head temperature transmitter, microprocessor based designed for the flexibility of accepting mV, Pt100 and a variety of thermocouples as the input sensor. The delivers a scalable linear 4-20mA output signal proportional to the sensor temperature. User-friendly configuration software is provided for parameter set up, including sensor type, temperature range, filter, etc.

The Transmitter is mounted on the head of the temperature sensor and accepts either a three-wire RTD Pt-100 sensor or a Thermocouple sensor and converts it into a linear current loop signal of 4 to 20mA DC, capable of driving a load of up to 600 Ohms.
