Capacitance Level Switch is such a level switch that detects an object by seeing capacitive changes occurring between electrode and metal-tank wall or grounded electrode. As the object contacts the electrode, thus increasing capacitance generated between the electrode and metal-tank wall or grounded electrode, it detects the capacitive changes to convert its output contact. When there is no object, the output contact returns to the initial condition.

Level detection in bulk solids and liquids. With both cable and rod versions, suitable instruments are available for all applications.
